I am happy to tell you that INDEX is printed and available. THE LAUNCH PARTY was on March 20th at The Kitchen in NYC. It featured performances and a videos of performances including Screw Head. This year's Emergency INDEX documents 249 performances in over 500 pages, and includes a comprehensive index of terms.
